I took a look at Routezilla's site before purchasing this thinking it would work well for my carpet cleaning client and I signed up thinking I’d be stuck in a single business plan account, was a bit confused, but was pleasantly surprised to find a full agency dashboard for spinning up and managing multiple client accounts. Even better, I like how it’s single sign-on so I can hop between each client account to check on how many clicks / conversions they are getting from their GBP.

I like that I can flip the 50-booking plans. They have provided a nice advantage over their basic $29 for five bookings or $150 for 75. It’d be amazing to just clone an account, I don’t mind setting up geo-fences, crew expertise, distance limits, and service types, but doing it from scratch every time can get old. Zapier works like a charm right now, and while I’m still waiting on built-in Square payments (they’ve partnered with Square, so fingers crossed), the shareable link in my agency account lets my clients self-serve and grab one of my plans whenever they want which is cool as well.

I run a service business, but I also operate as an agency helping other local businesses improve their scheduling and customer booking systems. Routezilla has been a big help on both fronts. What makes it stand out for me is the ability to create and manage multiple merchant accounts from one single login through my agency dashboard. That feature is unique to Routezilla and has made it easy to offer the same tools I use for my own business to others.

The geo-fencing feature is another key part of why I use it. It automatically assigns jobs based on location, which keeps my own team working efficiently and helps the businesses I support avoid scheduling headaches.

Now I’m not just growing my own business—I’m helping others do the same, using the exact setup I know works. Having everything managed under one roof has made it much easier to scale and support multiple service providers without juggling separate systems.

At first the interface seems very simple, until you activate a merchant. Then you realize this is a minor landing page with advanced routing capabilities.

Excited to use this and dive in further.
