Q: Client Review Question

Hi Peter,

Thanks for making a great tool. I see some big potential in this tool. I had one question, which could be user error. Currently, I am testing two domains in the Sage platform, each for different clients. I am using the Content Pipeline Board, and when I moved an article from Edit & Revisions to In review, I noticed that the article was assigned to two assignees, the correct one from the first domain, but it also sent it to the second domain assignee. How can I avoid this from happening in the future? I don't want other clients to know which companies I work with. Also, any chance you could consider adding Claude 3.7 for writing articles? I tried to find a support email and did not find one in the app.

A: Hi vahernan!

Yes, absolutely we can help. That sounds like a bug. Can you email support@sageseo.ai and that will open a ticket so we can troubleshoot it. Send your registered email along with it.

Thank you so much for the kind words on our tool and yes, we are very excited about its potential as well.

We will get that client reviewer overlap issue fixed asap.

As for Claude, yes, we are finalizing a new asynchronous content writing module that allows us to asynchronously create content with the deep research models. This will allow us to incorporate both external linking and internal linking directly into articles.

I'm hoping this will be ready in the next week. We will add Gemini and Claude as writing models soon after, so we can vary up the content and let the users choose their favorite models. There is a good chance, depending on AI credits usage, that we may need to charge a small amount extra per domain for the in-depth content creation. That is TBD but would be an add-on to your plans! I had mentioned $5-10/month. If it's per domain, it would likely be $5/mo with a credits usage limit that can be added on to.
