Q: Translating use

It appears that platform usage is for outgoing translation. When receiving inbound conversations and replies in another language; does the platform automatically translate what was send by the sender?

A: Inbound messages involve privacy considerations; therefore, to translate an incoming message, you must first mark it, then copy and paste it into the text area. Once you have done that, simply press the translate button. While this process may seem tedious, it is necessary due to the privacy policies enforced by Apple and Android.
