I've opened it up a few times to test it and gone through the training videos. I appreciate the fact that you can customize practically everything to suit your workflow. Automated, multi-stage email campaigns, sales pipelines, contact categories and details, and more.

You're not locked into what the designers think you'll need; you can adapt it, then use those details to sort contacts into groups, and very specific criteria to send email campaigns (with good deliverability), viewing charts, and monitor your team's sales and follow-up actions, etc.

The data enrichment uses a top-of-the-line platform to complete your contacts' missing information (company, emails, phone numbers, social profiles, etc).

It's a complete CRM, Sales Pipeline, Team Management, and email sending platform.

I like it, and although it's not the prettiest and most polished interface, it works. If they'd polish it up and streamline the interface a bit, everyone would probably be raving with praise, because the functionality you're getting is fantastic.

As for me, as long as it works, and I know they're progressing with the UI, I'm happy for the deal we get.

I also appreciate the CEO's stance on privacy and ethics. They take it seriously.
