No Response Regarding Issue Reported on 2025.04.08

Dear Support Team,

On April 8, 2025, I reported a malfunction via chat. I was told the issue would be investigated and that I would be notified by email. Since then, I have followed up multiple times via email, but have only received automated responses — no meaningful human reply has been provided.

At this point, the support performance regarding my issue appears to be nonexistent. Please help restore my confidence that my purchase was not a waste of money. Why am I not receiving any proper response despite several follow-ups?
