Q: History / storage and automatic upload cloud drive
We have been working with SeeLab (on Tier3) for a while now and are looking forward to the next updates - perhaps there will be an announcement why is absolutely necessary to upgrade to Tier4 :))
But to the questions:
- Is there a specification for the available disk space or how long the created images are kept?
- we would rather go in the direction of an automatic upload: an employee creates a batch of images, the team looks at the intermediate versions (on the cloud drive) and comments on them, then new versions are created. Would an automatic upload be conceivable (e.g. every image that has been created and not deleted after five minutes is automatically uploaded to Clouddrive/seelab/(date)/filename)?
With Clouddrive, we would think in the direction of NextCloud or pCloud because of GDPR, but if it's just GoogleDrive now....

Jul 15, 2025A: Thank you for your questions and for your continued support on Tier 3!
• Storage & Retention: We don’t set a specific disk space quota per user, and images are kept as long as your account remains active, unless you explicitly request deletion. All storage is encrypted, and your images are not used for any purpose other than your private use.
• Automatic upload with collaborative workflow idea is very interesting. If this is a key need, please reach out to us directly by email or chat so we can discuss your requirements and see what could be possible in the future.

Thanks for the answer on storage - that takes the pressure off as you can also reuse older content as a template.
As for the cloud upload: as written, we have a very small team (3) and are considering how we can use the tool more in the future - one issue is sharing drafts created (in bulk) So this is just an experimental use case, but will make a note of the offer to share directly
