Q: Will you add API to the tier 4?
If this will be added I will upgrade my plan to tier 4 or even if you introduce a new tier 5 with API ability I will upgrade from tier 1 to the highest tier.

At this time, API access will not be included in Tier 4 or any plans. The API will be launched as a separate, pay-as-you-go feature for all users—regardless of which tier you have. This lets you keep full control and only pay for what you use.
