Excellent app and most importantly OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE
The app is really good. Its potential is evident and even beyond imagination.
I bought it because I wanted it to help me with some poses and composition. I am transitioning into becoming a professional photographer and I am constantly looking for new sources of inspiration and ideas. Portraits take a big part of my work and I am always looking for new, creative ways to set my models. So the first thing is that Seelab can help you not only in marketing or advertising, but also in creative project, creating mockups to make your work more flawless and effortless.
Then there is its great customer service. They helped me with a very unusual situation. And they did great!
I created an account using an old email address I almost never use, just to test the product. When I realized that was what I wanted (it took me less than 10 minutes,) I got the deal. Having forgotten to log out from that address, the plan was automatically installed on that.
I contacted the support center. I live in the US, I guess the guys running the software live in Europe, so I got an answer to my chat in my email.
Despite the different timing, once we connected they worked in real time to assign my LTD to the other email address I was requesting. And they did it quickly, effectively and with mo flaws. This is the best customer service I have dealt with, aigret as the American Express Platinum Card one, whose level is outstanding.
I would put 7 tacos if I could.
