Q: Beyond Tier 3?
Can we stack on top of our account or do we need to buy a new tier 3 and assign to a different login?

Sorry, I misunderstood your meaning. If you are already on Tier 3, then you can only purchase a new plan and associate it with a new account. If you are currently on Tier 2 or a lower Tier, you can change your plan to Tier 3 in the Appsumo backend.
