1) If we run out from our credit allocation depending on the Tier we choose on AppSumo what happens next?
2) is there any special planning for Sumolings if we have to purchase more credits? I mean any sort of discount?

May 15, 2025A: When you run out of credits from your AppSumo tier allocation, you'll need to purchase additional Credits Packages to continue using the platform. Your account will remain active, but you won't be able to generate new content until you've replenished your credits.
Regarding special pricing for Sumolings - our Credits Packages are standardized across all users, including AppSumo customers. There are no additional discounts available specifically for Sumolings beyond what you've already received through your initial AppSumo purchase. The pricing structure for additional credits is the same as for our regular subscription users.

Ok do you have any Help Doc that shows me how credits are used for what? So I can do my math how many credits (what Tier) I need and also any Help Doc to better understand how much you charge dor additional credits?

The deal page mentions “Credits per month” for each tier (500, 2,000, 5,000 credits), which sounds like a monthly recurring credit allotment. However, your earlier response said that once we run out of our credit allocation, we need to purchase additional credit packages.

Each tier of the AppSumo deal includes a specific monthly credit allocation.However, it's important to note that your base monthly credit allocation (as determined by your tier) will always refresh each month regardless of whether you've purchased additional credits or not.
