Great company for image and video editing of products, e-commerce, and models that demo products

I want to express my sincere appreciation for your company—your platform stands out as the best I’ve experienced. The image-to-video feature is impressively smooth, your pricing is fair, and your team is genuinely kind and responsive to feedback. I’m confident that if you continue to improve based on user input and stay true to your grassroots values, you’ll become a market leader in the future.

For your roadmap, here are some specific suggestions to further elevate your service:

1. Add 16:9 Aspect Ratio to GPT-4

Thank you for adding 16:9 to Flux Kontext. However, this option is still missing from GPT-4. Adding it to both tools would greatly streamline workflows, as both are essential.

2. Introduce a Video Reference Feature for E-Commerce

Please consider adding a reference feature similar to Kling, where users can upload separate images—such as clothing, a character, and a product—and combine them into a cohesive video based on a prompt. This would be invaluable for E-Commerce content creation.

3. Implement Negative Prompting for Images and Video

Negative prompting would help prevent issues like morphing and disfigured faces or limbs, which are common on other platforms, thereby improving output quality.

4. Improve the Current Upscaler

I’ve noticed your current upscaler doesn’t significantly improve resolution or detail. Adding a creative upscaler similar to what Magnific or Seelabs offers—enhancing both resolution and textures for skin and backgrounds—would be a major improvement for realism.

5. Allow Control Over the Amount of Image Generation

Currently, features like background replacement generate the same image multiple times. Allowing users to choose how many images to generate would provide much-needed flexibility.
Add True Batch Processing with CSV Upload

6. Batch CSV and the case for why it’s important for not only users but your platform

Thank you for responding to my email and confirming that you are considering batch CSV processing. This would be a powerful addition.

Batch processing is a practical alternative to messy, complex automation solutions. I’ve seen this feature implemented on platforms like 1forall AI, and I believe adding it would elevate your platform from great to elite, making it as talked-about as Kling and Veo.

By building batch CSV conversion directly into your platform, you’ll increase user retention. Many users leave once they realize how manual and time-consuming one-at-a-time prompting is. Others get frustrated when they try to automate workflows using third-party tools like Pabbly Connect and Zapier, only to find them complex and costly.

With built-in batch CSV processing, your platform becomes more user-friendly and retains users longer, sustaining your growth. Users won’t need to search for external automation tools, and they’ll be more likely to recommend your platform because it offers a full ecosystem.

You don’t need to make this feature complex. For example, 1forall AI allows users to simply upload a CSV file for batch video generation. You could also add time delays between the generations in the batching to avoid overwhelming your system, or limit each CSV batch to just five prompts at a time. The key is to make it easy and efficient for users, so they don’t have to rely on manual, one-at-a-time prompting. I'm not saying to get rid of one a time prompting as sometimes you may want to do just one, just saying this should also be added as well. You should have both options.

7. Add a text option to the existing ai editor, similar to how adobe has an ai text editor. This way we can add and do cool ai fonting with the ecommerce logos over the product demo pictures we create.

8. Can you add the option for both video and image style transfer as this is an option that is important for people who sell on ETSY. i know upfront you would think why is this needed but for ecommerce this is huge, as people do transfers on ecommerce. In ETSY this is a huge industry by itself. Tools like artistly offer this function but its not perfect and i think you all could possibly do this function better since you are e-commerce focused. An example is someone wants a photo shot to have a waterpainting look. This is a digital ecommerce product someone sells on etsy. Another example is for advertisements where someone wants to have the product shown in different styles in a video or image shots in ads. So yes this is very huge in how style transfers are used.

Thank you again for a fantastic platform. I look forward to seeing these improvements and will continue to support your growth and innovation!
