I had bought Tier 2 yesterday within 15 mins of doing keyword analysis my credits have reduced to 64. I had tried to check within settings if my appsumo license is applied but cant verify. Also tried to reach support using the support icon within the tool but the support icon doesnt open any support chat window. I am thinking of returning this tool, not because the tool doesnt work, it definately works but one there is no way of verify if your appsumo codes have been applied, second is that the credits expire very quickly, third is that the support icon on the top left doesnt work hence i could not reach support to ask any questions.
