Q: I purchased tier 3 but only have 200 credits - help needed

Hi, I purchased Tier 3 with 10k credits but for some reason my account has only given me 200 credits. I've reached out to support by email and by chat but still not had a response. Please can you help, otherwise I will need to request a refund
