Disappointing
At first I loved this platform as it's really easy to use and integrates easily with other AppSumo stuff I use.
However, as an email marketing tool, it's got quite a few shortfalls.
It does not allow for accurate segmenting according to tags (no such thing) or actions that people / customers take.
It also does not allow for basic stuff like bulk deleting or moving contacts from one list to the other, only in the main whole contact list.
This means, I cannot optimise targeted emails to specific leads. There's not even a way for me to know whether a contact is in more than one list, unless I manually check by copying & pasting their email address one by one and checking this in every single list (then having to manually delete one by one in lists I want them removed). This would literally be an impossible task.
Seems that for quite basic stuff like this, which I expect from an email marketing tool, I need to do A LOT of manual, time-consuming work and it makes my campaigns difficult to manage when I have different paths and lists (such as opting in to a freebie and then also to a webinar).
So, if you're looking for very basic email marketing software, create a few lists in very simple campaigns, this could be great. But if you're looking for something more accurate that can create more targeted campaigns and pathways to optimise your sales, this probably isn't the one for you.

There's a lot of great suggestions here, and we have a plan in place to make some really great, foundational updates to SendFox this year. We've spent the last month doing heavy research into what Sumo-lings want, what our competitors are doing, and what our internal team members want. We're currently in the process right now to hire a new developer and designer to help us elevate SendFox to the next level.
Right now, we're hyper-focused on the SIMPLEST product for solopreneurs and content creators... and, we also want to add more advanced features to your point, too.
The one suggestion you have that seems like a misunderstanding is the bulk deleting/moving. On your Contacts page, there is a way to take the bulk actions you wanted. If you missed it, feel free to email support@sendfox.com and we'd be glad to point it out.
