I appreciate having an affordable option for email newsletters and opt in. I use sendfox with wordpress and Bookfunnel integrations. The use isn't intuitive to me. I don't find the AppSumo videos helpful, but others have tutorials up, so I can usually figure out how to accomplish something. I don't understand the industry averages that keep one from being limited or optimized. I don't see a clear definition of the difference between limited or optimized. It's very difficult for me to see if my new subscribers are getting my newsletters. My last email was optimized so that only 191 emails went out. 59% opened. My unsubscribe rate was 1% and I am guessing that this is a problem. But I have no idea what else to do to avoid this optimization. I assume I have to email and ask, but I don't know what benchmarks are limiting my newsletter sends. I bought the AppSumo product Reoon to run all the emails through before I send, but this didn't stop me from having my emails limited. I get that we don't need search engines deciding we are spammers, but the industry standards that you are using to determine if your going truncate my email sends should be transparent. Thanks for providing an affordable option; now please help me use it.
