Well... let's start saying what I like:

- Price it's pretty good for 25k subscribers.
- Easy to set up and start sending emails.
- I looks like most of them dind't hit on Spam folder
- Integration with Integromat. Pretty easy to set up.

What I dislike:

- I couldn't find a way to delete contacts in bulk. Only one by one.

- You can't attach any files... c'mon!

- It always shows your name and adress at the fotter. I message them and they said they can't take it of. I've got 1.5 million followers...I can't show there my real adress, that would be crazy.
You say you are here for content creators, but there are many things missing for us.

- Automations...so simple. Just a chain. But features are missing. Like... when some ends 1 chain auto place them into another chain of emails. Or delay... couldn't set it up over 120 hours. If I try 240 hours, it goes back to 120 hours. Also, I can't delay it days, weeks, months or years... And many other automation features that should be there.

- Support. I reached them 2 times. They come back to me the next day, which is fine, but they never answer me again when I replied their replies.

- Bounced contacts counts agains the limit. I think we should be able to have them apart, not sending them anymore emials but staying there. If I delete them and someone subscribes again with that email, It wil bounce again. Did I explain myself right? Sorry. I mean... If we can have them there, and they subscribe again using that email, It want affect our bouncings cause that contact would already be apart.

- No public roadmap. So... this is an Appsumo product, and Appsumo knows how much we love roadmaps. I understand you must keep something secret...but c'mon, there are a lot of features your competition already have and we would love to know if Sendfox it's going to have them or not.
