Hi guys, I love Sendfox as an email/campaign tool, but recently the Wordpress plugin (v1.3.1) has been flagged as having a known security vulnerability by both Jetpack and Wordfence and been deactivated. When will you be updating the plugin to eliminate this issue please? I really want to be able to recruit email subscribers via my website again.

However, any automation is triggered by contact landing to your trigger list, and we are unsure how your automations are set, so we would really need to look into your account.
hi dear Natasha, I tried to connect to pabbly connect, but seems like there is no email automation feature listed in pabbly connect. the flow is Formcan - Pabbly Connect - Sendfox (to send emails) , however, there is no selection of 'email' in this Pabbly connect while connected sendfox. can you let me know here? as noone replied to my emails to your support. thanks

Hi! How can I add a contact via the API without requiring account confirmation? When adding an email manually, account confirmation isn't required. Why is it required with the API? I need to automate registrations in my app. The user previously confirmed their account in the app, so I don't need a double confirmation. Your API documentation is super basic; you could improve it a lot.

I think it's rude of them to respond so late and without validating anything. I'm already a customer as I said before and I also have the Empire Add-on subscription and I can't disable anything. Also, how do you explain that I don't need double opt-in when I register them on the portal? This only happens via the API. I DO NOT need my users to confirm anything because they already do it in my app.

U wrote it in description but i tried connect pabbly connect with sendfox and formcan.. it seems cannot trigger schedule send email automatically?
Any reason?
The setting allow us to do trigger automation to send email.
