A: Hey, Sumo-ling! I've done a lot of cold outreach in my life — that's one of the ways we grew SendFox in the really early days — so I have a lot of respect for cold outreach.

But SendFox is DEFINITELY not the right tool for cold outreach.

There are other tools like Lemlist, Reply.io, etc. that are specifically designed for cold outreach. SendFox is not one of them. If cold outreach is done on SendFox, we typically catch it because the results are terrible... and then we ban without refund per our terms (sendfox.com/tos).

So any cold outreachers, save yourself the trouble and go with a different tool. There are better solutions out there for you!
