I see a very outdated roadmap, do you all still update the app or not? Especially now with so many anything-LLM integrated

Hello Support, since SendFox is a platform based on the number of subscribers, how exactly are they counted? Let's say I have 3 different lists for 3 different segments. If the same contact (email address) is added to all three lists, will it be counted as 3 contacts or as 1 contact since it's the same person (email address)? Thank you in advance!
