Once I got used to the fact that this isn't Active Campaign (with it's associated high monthly fees!), I started using it well, and creating emails and lists, and automations much easier than I ever had done. There is more reaction to emails now. I have had a glitch where I received 2 x each email I send, so am hoping that each recipient isn't getting my emails twice. You can use Trello as a CRM, so that part is covered, and SendFox handles the mailing side. It needs a few more features but I have to say I'm impressed so far.
