Q: Don’t understand how it works

I saw that there is a 50 blacklist limit in tier 3, does it mean that Sens fix will work regardless that limit? Or it will stop preventing bots or high risk users when it hit that 50 blacklist roof? When it hit that 50 limit will it stop blocking bots and bad users? Please explain to me how it works I am confused,I thought that it detects in real time (use credits for it) and then block the ip of that high risk user or bot, but then what happens when it hit that 50 limit?

A: Great question! Let us explain how it works:

Sensfrx functions independently of the blacklist limit. It will continue working as long as you have credits available. Once your credit balance is used up, you'll need to either wait for the next cycle or top up with more credits.

About the Blacklist Limit:
* The blacklist limit refers to how many entries (IPs, emails, devices, etc.) you can manually add in your blacklist rules engine.
* These blacklist entries are just custom rules you define — not a system limitation.
* When an incoming activity matches an item in your blacklist, the risk score instantly becomes 100, and that activity is blocked automatically.
* This is just one way to configure rules — Sensfrx also uses behavior analysis, device fingerprinting, and other factors to assign risk scores.

So what happens when you hit the blacklist limit?
* Sensfrx continues to work as normal — real-time detection, scoring, and decision-making are unaffected.
* You just won't be able to add more custom blacklist entries unless you:
- Remove older ones
- Or upgrade your plan / purchase an add-on (available at a nominal fee)

In summary:
Sensfrx doesn't stop protecting you, even if the blacklist rule limit is reached. It will still detect bots, assess fraud risk, and block threats based on your policies and our cognitive engine — in real time.
