A: Hello Arnaud! We are an international team, but we mainly speak English - seems to be the most comfortable way for everyone to understand each other! =)
If you are asking about translations for our platform - German, French and Spanish are fully supported!
The save button on the iPad needs to be swiped up from the bottom of the screen to appear. However, it is unreliable and rarely works. When can we expect a permanent, easily accessible save button to be displayed on the screen when using iPads with Chrome?
We currently do not support the admin panel (course creation and editing) on mobile devices—it is only available on PC/Mac.
If you’re seeing this option on your iPad, please send details (including screenshots if possible) to info@seturon.io so we can investigate further. In principle, this access should not be available.
1. i saw that you support HTML so I bought the code when enter HTML block as code it shows as a HTML for student side. I want to be able to execute the HTML code? is that possible.
My goal was to create pages for exercises that students can come/use as needed to practice
2. How do I set up a discount code or some type of code so that they can sign up for free.
A: Hello! 1) No, we currently don't have executable HTML blocks on our platform. This is on our list of requested features - will be looking into it soon! 2) Please refer to the following manuals on how to set up course access and manage...
A: Hi Ian! Yes, you can set time-limited access to courses in the course settings. There should be an option to define access duration, such as a couple of months or two weeks. This way, after the specified period, the user will no longer have access to the course.
Q: Translation
Hello, do you speak French for the front office and back office?
Thank you for your message.

Q: Custom domain
I really want to buy this only the lack of domain is stopping me. You’d get so many more sales! I’d even buy if you could give an ETA ?

Apr 3, 2025A: Hi Chachi!
Good news! After internal discussions the decision has been made to add CNAME (custom domain) support to Tier 3 of our AppSumo offer.
As it currently stands, we are finalising everything on the technical side. The plan is to roll out the change before the end of this week!

Q: Timed access to courses
Is it possible to give timed access to users, such as a couple of months or only two weeks, to certain courses?
