I purchased your two tier 3 plans as I have two domains to be used.
Please help me with below questions, based on the answers I may keep your product or return it.
Q1: How long you have been in business?
Q2: Do you have plan to shut down your company in next 5 years?
Q3: If you shut down , will you refund me what I paid?
Q4: You answered me that you can customize the dashboard of students to give a different look as per my requirement? Is it free or you will charge me?
Q5: User management: When a user buys subscription , is the user creation automated or do I have to create user at your site after they buy.
Q6 Can the user reset password by themselves at your site?
Q7: Can i use a subdomain of my website to register at your site?

1) Seturon is in business since 2021
2) No, there are currently no plans to shut down the company
3) In the scenario you describe - LTD purchases will not be refunded
4) The option for customization is charged separately - please contact us at info@seturon.io for pricing
5) Yes, this process is automated.
6) Yes, password reset can be done by users on our website
7) If you want to use a subdomain of your website to access our platform, then yes, this option is available for you as a Tier 3 user.
