I like how the courses look, especially on mobile devices. Several LMS I tried before look like I'm back in the early 2000s.

The system isn't very easy to use, but it's really powerful in terms of learning paths - I’ve never seen anything like that before. There are some areas for improvement: I wish I could have webinars and community tools integrated, and also have access to them via subscriptions, also some interfaces are a little complicated for me.

Support is really helpful. When I struggled, they organized a call to show me how the product works.
