Might be the best product on the planet, but zero support, documentation, or how to use it.
I bought this tool to learn more about SEO as an alternative to something like Semrush and ideally to get some insights on a few websites I'm helping manage.
While the product may be fantastic, there is no documentation whatsoever. Requests to support are answered, but they direct you to a "blog section" that has videos that are years old and don't explain how to use the product or take advantage of it. They won't do a walk through or video demo or provide any direct support beyond "go to the blog".
Wish it was useful, but going to end up returning it because I can't get value out of it.

Jun 11, 2025The product is rich with SEO tools, from backlinks to rankings and keyword research.
There are videos and references to relevant blog posts on each screen, corresponding to the feature displayed on that screen.
But it is not meant to teach you SEO. I did answer your questions, but I can't answer questions like "What is the strategy to reach first rank?"
Also, it doesn't make sense to buy a product at this price, and expect the owner to walk through each feature personally.
