Q: Scrape and Create content

Is this possible?
Scrape all bolg titles form a blog post page https://i.imgur.com/gGv6wZs.jpeg
and have the AI create a blog post for each + meta title desctiption and keywords?

You can use any LLM on tier 3 but tier 1 & 2 are limited to GPT 4o mini.
No issues with RTL and Hebrew as far as I know
