I spent money on the App Sumo deal and then had to spend another $79 after the fact because it "supports ChatGPT 4 but not out of the box. I have had nothing but issues and no response from customer support. My license has to be added every single time I load a cell, my API keys keep blanking out and I have zero other extensions installed because I wanted to see if there was a conflict. I emailed for a refund and heard nothing for days, then I thought it was working so emailed days later to say I think it's fixed, but now it's broken again so a third email with no response so far, a week later.
