Q: Does SC, by default, allow for having what might be termed a commenting conversation? And can I begin such a thing?
Scenario: My client makes a comment about changing something on the website, but they don't do a very good job of explaining what they want. So I need to respond to their comment to ask them for more information and they then need to respond back to me with the requested added info.
Is SC going to handle the above situation properly, by informing the client by email that there's an unresolved comment that needs further explanation? And, logically, that I will be informed by email when the client has responded with that added info?
And one more somewhat-related question:
Can I initiate a comment conversation with a client? For example, I've improved some aspect of a web page and want to inform the client that I've done this and provide them with a screenshot and notes to show and explain the improvement, asking for comments from them.

Along with that mentions "@".
This is my next priority, I think this solves all the communication issues you have :)
