I didn't realize how much I needed this tool! While I've been using a great customer feedback tool during the design phase, I was lacking a solution for the development process. This tool is incredibly straightforward, cutting out the frustrating back-and-forth of bug reports and improvement suggestions via email. Simple, yet ingenious. I'm eager to test it further and integrate it into my development workflow.
