Sorry for the delayed response; I missed your message in my inbox.
In the extension, you'll find an "Export connections" link to download your LinkedIn data as a CSV file. You can easily copy & paste the data from there (e.g., using Excel).
Yes, it only works for 1st connection people.
Entering "John Smith" twice should work. We don't have duplicate names in our contacts.
