I bought Tier 2 and have got 2 Plans, when I activate them will I be able to get the unlimited uploads or will it be 2 times a Tier 1. I am confused ...

You have T2 and have x2 of them, that means you have 4 codes? Yes you can upload unlimited number of times (within the storage limit)
