🎙️ "Call transcription hours per month" refers to how much AI transcription time you can use each month, and it's tracked in minutes.

🔁 It resets monthly, but it also pulls from your total lifetime transcription limit based on your plan (e.g., 60, 96, 180, or 300 hours). So:

- You can use up to your monthly limit (e.g. 10 hours = 600 minutes)

- Once you hit your total plan limit, transcription will pause — even if you haven't maxed out a given month

We’re planning to introduce add-ons so you can buy extra transcription/ recording hours when needed.
For now, the quickest option is to upgrade your tier if you see you're running low.
