Skarbe looks promising! A few questions....

1- Can we customize lead scoring rules based on user actions, like page visits, email opens, or clicks, and assign custom point values to each?

2- Is there a central dashboard that displays key metrics like total revenue, deals closed, pipeline value, or top-performing leads?

3- Can we create custom calculated fields such as revenue minus expenses equals profit, or track deal-level profitability?

4- Are we able to tag team members or contractors to deals without giving them platform access, and assign hours or payments owed to them per deal?

5- Does SKARBE have a public API or webhook support so we can integrate with tools like Pabbly Connect or Integromat?

1️⃣ Lead Scoring Based on User Actions
We don’t support custom lead scoring rules (like page visits or email clicks) with point-based logic today.

But we’re building something simpler and smarter:
➡️ AI-powered lead qualification, where Skarbe will automatically suggest a contact's status or stage based on deal activity, email replies, meeting context, and timing.

No plans to introduce complex conditional logic or rule builders — we’re focused on simplicity for non-sales pros who just want to know who to talk to next.

2️⃣ Central Dashboard for Sales Metrics
A lightweight dashboard is coming. Today, you’ll see:

- Active deals and contact timelines
- Call summaries and follow-ups
- Pinned contacts and deal progress

On the roadmap:
➡️ A chat-based interface where you can ask things like:

“Show me deals over $5K this quarter”
“Generate a report on closed deals by stage”

3️⃣ Custom Calculated Fields
Not supported yet. We keep the deal view clean and fast — just essentials like deal value, stage, and notes.
But we’re exploring use cases like profit tracking or margin calculations as we learn from teams that need it.

4️⃣ Tagging Team Members / Contractors
Right now, you’d need to invite someone as a user to your workspace.
We don’t yet support tagging external contributors, assigning hours, or tracking payments — but we love the idea of lightweight contractor roles and will explore this if demand grows.

Not yet — but Zapier is on the nearest roadmap. We know many of you want to plug Skarbe into your existing workflows.
