Q: Limits?

Hi,

Just jumped in and I have questions.

1. The free plan allows 1 deal pipeline; the Starter plan 2. Tier 1 is supposed to be mapped to Starter, but only allows me one deal pipeline. Could you please clarify what the limits on this actually are?

2. Each opportunity has a field at the bottom to associate a company, but there doesn't seem to be any way to actually set this up. I'm unable to add anything to either the Company tab or the Deal pipeline. Your AI support falsely believes that this functionality exists.

3. I understand that Custom Reports aren't part of Tier 1, but I am unable to run any reports (from the templates) without being prompted to upgrade to a paid plan.

Feedback - Your AI support needs training. It's very poor (repeats itself, asks for info already provided, provides incorrect direction)

A: Thanks, Stewart — appreciate the thoughtful feedback and directness.

Let me clarify each point:

1. Pipeline Limits
Skarbe has 3 official plans on our website (Starter, Pro and Business), while AppSumo offers 5 lifetime tiers, which are not directly mapped 1:1 to those plans. Tier 1 roughly corresponds to Starter in feature set, but with a few differences — and yes, it currently includes 1 pipeline. Higher tiers unlock more.

2. Company Association in Deals
You're right — right now, the company field in a deal is not editable manually. Companies are pulled via integration (like Pipedrive or HubSpot). Manual editing and enrichment are both in development. You’re not missing anything, and your feedback is spot on.

3. Report Templates
Even though Tiers 1 and 2 doesn’t include custom reports, we allow one report per month so you can see how the functionality work. If you’re getting an upgrade prompt, that’s likely a bug — we’re checking this now.

On the AI support (Intercom chat on the website and in the app)
The bot you chatted with is Intercom’s Fin Bot, not Skarbe’s AI. Our AI powers next-step suggestions, follow-up prompts, contact analysis — all within the app. Fin Bot is just for surface-level help, and we know it needs improvement and training, so after each question we are tryuing to update the data base to make next answers more precise.

Thanks again for taking the time to flag these. If anything feels off or confusing, I’m happy to jump on a quick call or personally walk you through it.
