Q: We do a good amount of SMS communication with leads & clients. Can Skarbe "nurture" SMS leads as it does email?

We’re exploring integrations with platforms like Twilio and WhatsApp Business, depending on demand and use cases. If SMS nurturing is key for your process, feel free to share how you’d imagine it working — we’d love to hear more and prioritize accordingly.
In the meantime, you can still manually log key interactions with SMS leads and let Skarbe assist you.
