Q: Webhooks?
Hey guys, do you have webhooks? I need to send from my prospects to Skarbe. Please, add SMTP. My company does not use gmail, outlook or hotmail.
Is there a way to record the call without the assistant show on the screen during the call? Some clients do not understand why we have like another person in the call.

- Webhooks:
Not available yet, but we hear the need loud and clear. We're starting with a Zapier integration now, and webhooks will likely follow depending on demand and use cases like yours.
- SMTP/IMAP support:
You're not alone — we've had several requests from teams that don’t use Gmail or Outlook. We started with the most common providers to support small teams fast, but SMTP/IMAP is on our radar and will likely be added in a future update.
- Call recording without the assistant showing up:
To be honest, that’s not something we’ve built or explored yet. Currently, the bot joins visibly to stay transparent and compliant. But your point is valid — some clients may find it confusing. We’ll collect more feedback and look into this as a possible improvement.
