Q: What is the meaning of: "Total call recording hours"

Can you explain what this means? Total call recording hours???
Does it mean that after that, I will not be able to do any recording?
It's confusing for me - please clarify to understand this feature/ Lizenz item

A: Thanks for the question — happy to clarify!

“Total call recording hours” means the total amount of time you’re allowed to record calls in your Skarbe account. We calculate usage in minutes, and your plan includes both:
• a monthly cap (e.g. 15 hours per month), and
• a total lifetime limit (e.g. 180 hours in total for your LTD plan).

Once you reach the monthly cap, recordings will pause until the next month unless you purchase extra hours. We’re also planning to introduce a pay-as-you-go model soon, so if you go over the included volume, you’ll be able to continue by paying just for what you need.

And to be clear — call recordings are optional. Skarbe works great just using your emails, meetings, and notes. But the more context it has (like recordings), the better your next-step suggestions will be.

Let us know if you’d like help setting it up!

Thanks, the monthly usage is clear for me. But what happens if I reach the year cap, is then the total recording feature useless? Or do I need to delete the recordings to continue (if so, that’s totally fine)
Apologies for asking but a life time deal where a key feature runs end of life needs to be clarified in advanced. Please explain the total recoding our function. Thanks
