Can we edit, delete & copy data that is already put into our knowledge bases... the urls, files & text in each KB? Some systems let you upload the files and data and urls ... but you dont get to edit, change or copy said KB's after uploading them. Do you have a demo so I can see how to use Skimming AI with different file types we upload? It sometimes works the first time I upload a file. Then it doesn't work anymore when I go back to the file or the group after a while. No error or anything to tell me what how to fix it. It's not usable to me at the moment but willing to see if it can be. Seeing a demo would help. Can someone on your team be available to give a demo walk-through? Thanks!
Thank you for your reply to the problem with the youtube summary. Now I have one last question: You write that it will work in the app. I work with Apple MacBook Pro. Is there also an app for this?
