Q: WHEN is the bank account sync expected?
When can we expect the live bank account sync? And where is your roadmap? You guys are basically MIA while the deal is live - which is a VERY bad sign for the future experience we're going to have using SmartClerk if we need support. There are so many questions on here you haven't replied to. If you're going to be MIA on the questions - you should at least have something published with upcoming features and expected timelines.

May 12, 2025A: Thanks for your question—we totally understand the frustration. The interest in Smart Clerk has been much higher than expected, and while that’s great news, it has also meant we're catching up on responses here after handling the tickets from active users.
That said, we’ve rolled out several major and minor improvements since launch—directly based on user feedback—and we’ve been sharing those updates via regular email to our user base.
Our roadmap isn’t public at this stage, but bank sync is scheduled for release by the end of Q2. If you have any further questions, you’re welcome to ask them here or open a ticket via your dashboard—either way, we’re happy to help!
