Good concept but it NEEDS WORK
Bank statements that have multiple accounts are not read correctly. I cannot change amounts or make corrections manually if the AI gets it wrong... WTF‼️ I emailed customer service and they said they were going to work on it but its been over a week and no response or status update. I love the concept but if the AI gets it wrong, product is useless.

Apr 21, 2025Thank you for your feedback. Managing multiple accounts in a single statement remains a challenge we are currently addressing, but we aim to resolve it soon. If the AI makes a mistake, you have several options to correct it. You can edit amounts, descriptions, and vendor/customer information directly on the transaction page by clicking on the relevant entry. Alternatively, you can navigate to Reconciliation, click on the three dots next to each statement, and select "Inspect" to compare the AI results with your actual PDF. This second feature was released a few days ago, so you might have missed it. Rest assured, we are continuously adding new features to improve your experience.
