Non responsive
I'm really quite impressed with how many positive reviews there are when they do not seem to respond to questions or support requests. I've submitted a half dozen requests in the last week and I've only received one response. I'm struggling to figure out a few very basic concepts which should not be difficult to troubleshoot. I don't understand how the AI is not linking the balance transfers. They are showing as separate income and expense transactions. I have a hard time believing that this is expected behaviour. Other than a few bugs, it looks like really promising software and I hope someone can help me figure it out. I've made a number of attempts to connect with their support team and I'm starting to get frustrated.
UPDATE: Support responded to all of my tickets right about the time I was writing this review. I probably just needed a bit more patience. I'll let you all know how it works out.
