1. Yes, you have custom fields.
2. The incoming AI voice inbound and outbound calls is currently in development, however, it wont be available in the LTD. You would be able to add it as an add-on by using our RAAS-iT Plan which is an ala carte. You can add additional paid features using RAAS-iT. You simply login to your account, click on Change Plans at the right side of the dashboard. Then click on Create Your Own plan and choose the add-ons you want.
