Q: Future Roadmap Plans, Hi Henry, I've heard good things about SMSit, glad to see you back.
Do you have future plans to allow users BYOK access? I see you have AI integration from Tier 4, would you consider this for users in lower tiers? Also, forgive my lack of understanding about how your platform operates, but is it possible for me to set up ai agents to handle the outbound calls within the platform ?

The AI integration for the Smart Inbox is currently available for only Tier 4 and 5.
At this time, we currently do not have Voice AI. We plan on having Voice AI released this year.
