Under decentralized, is one credit = one sms? Even if outside the US and Canada?
2.) In the future, if we need more credits, can we purchase extra credits AS NEEDED only?
3.) If we exceed our monthly credit limit under Tier 1 or 2, can we be automatically billed for the excess? Price on your website says $0.004 per message.

2.) In the future, you can purchase extra credits as needed or add a monthly plan with your current LTD, which would increase the credit count of your chosen monthly package, with the credit count of your AppSumo LTD.
i.e, You can have an AppSumo LTD and a monthly package at the same time, or buy more credits at the same time, without losing your AppSumo LTD.
3.) No, you won't be automatically billed for excess. For our decentralized version, you simply buy a monthly package if required. For the cloud version, you simply buy additional credits or a monthly package, starting at $0.004 as messaging rate, outside standard carrier, and API/Platform rate.
