A 1) Because we are catering to a user base of different skill levels, we decided to extremely simplify our processes, and also remove foreseeable frictions.

This is why we decided to send complete login info to users, after their sign-up process, so that they can save the info, and never lose or forget their login credentials.

If the community wants us to remove the password fields when their registration confirmation email is sent, you can use our roadmap and drop your "Remove Password Field from Confirmation Email" idea, so that the community can vote on it.

If the community votes for it, we would immediately remove the password field from the confirmation email. It takes less than 1minute to remove the password field.

A 2) In SMS-iT, one account gives you access to the Decentralized Version and the Cloud Version simultaneously.

You don't need to log in twice. Once you are logged into one version, you are automatically logged into the 2nd version too. The same thing happens when you sign out.

The difference between the Cloud and Decentralized versions at first glance is that the Decentralized Version has a Red header at the left of the page with a brown design, while the Cloud Version has a Blue header with a blue design.

In the Cloud Version, you have the Decentralized Version link at the main navigation panel at the left of the page, and so does the Decentralized version with a Cloud Version link.

You use this link to navigate between each version effortlessly, with a single sign-on and signout process.
