Q: Upgrade from Tier 3 to Tier 5 from SMS-iT Decentralized
Can I still upgrade from Tier 3 to Tier 5 (of SMS-iT CRM) from the SMS-iT Decentralized license I purchased in 2022? How much should I pay on top of the License 3 cost? Kindly clarify.

Our Starter Plan is not our highest plan. I have updated my message to correct the Typo.
You did not pay for the Starter Plan as it is $299/month, and it was never sold as an LTD. You received it for free because you had the old Decentralized Version in 2022.

If you full stacked in 2022, then you are eligible to be migrated for free to our Starter Plan, which is superior to any of our LTDs.
