Could be great....But
I like the concept of SMS-It and they made a lot of promises. I bought this and a another platform that is similar both on Appsumo. I've tested them both...and this appears to have more bells and whistles but has a steep learning curve. So far support is non existent except for an online bot that is limited and can't really help but to defer you to a video tutorial. My main beef is that I bought 2 android phones to use this service. I added them both and they worked. I took one and added it to the other platform to test them against each other. When I went to add it back, they wanted me to purchase another number package for $10 per month. Even though it had allowed me to have it before without paying a monthly subscription, they flagged me when I went to add it back and stated that my appsumo purchase included one sim number and 1 gateway number. Very strange business to say the least. I was referring this to people using other platforms, but I won't be doing that anymore. This has potential, but for the average guy/gal trying to grow their business...Not enough support and bait and switch tactics will push people like me to go with the competition unfortunately

Lifetime Deal? More Like Limited Time Trial.
I signed up for a lifetime deal with specific features included — emphasis on lifetime. Now, out of nowhere, it’s $3.99/month to keep using what was originally promised. If I wanted a subscription, I’d have gone that route from the start. These surprise fees should be the company’s responsibility, not mine. Happy to revise my review once this mess is sorted. Also, @AppSumo should probably be looped in on this plot twist in the terms and conditions.

was supposed to be a lifetime deal with the features described, and now they charge 3.99$ per month to be able to use them. I can change review once this gets fixed and sorted. Also @appsumo needs to be aware of these change from terms.

Not a happy customer
We have a technical issue where one party cannot hear another. Our equipment works with all other voip services. We scheduled and confirmed a meeting for support. The agent never showed up. Now today I wanted to schedule again but we are being told we have to agree to an additional charge of $3.99 per month per number. And unless I do that I cannot get to the place to schedule another meeting. Why would I agree to any additional charges when you cannot make what I have work or show up to agreed upon meetings?

The most frustrating thing is that I cannot properly add a contact in the CRM. It won't save the contact info. Contacting customer support is a pain in the neck.
