I am very satisfied with SMS-it at the moment. I see it as a strong contender to replace GHL. Additionally, it can also serve as a substitute for various other tools that would otherwise need to be integrated through webhooks API, among other methods.
SMS-it offers a comprehensive range of functionalities including SMS, email, chat, and CRM. The latest 2.0 version boasts even more features and an improved user interface. It's important to note that as a relatively new product, there may be some bugs, but the app is functional and provides significant value.
One aspect I appreciate is how the team consistently upgrades the product while adding new features. Their live sessions on Saturdays are fantastic, and what sets them apart is their dedication to staying connected with users and maintaining constant communication – a rarity among many other founders of similar limited-time deals.
I am incredibly pleased with Smsit-CRM! It is an all-encompassing lead marketing solution that excels in cultivating prospects, finalizing deals, and fostering customer loyalty.
