Not good
I'm dissatisfied with this product. I found the product demo video and FAQ helpful. I bought Tier4 and successfully sent 2 SMS messages through Twilio. However, at the moment, nothing seems to be functioning correctly for me. Is it really necessary to reach out to support just to get the basic features to work? I've outlined the issues I've encountered during my initial experience below, and I hope that support will be able to resolve them. Nevertheless, these problems should not have arisen when someone is using the product for the first time.
1. SIM Card Registration is not easy with Android. Dashboard does not show my Sim number even after successful registration.
2. Unable to add email address, WhatsApp, or any other channel.
3. Dialer functionality has issue and does not work.
4. Unable to create chat widget or any other channel. When I click on finish, and nothing happens.
5. Unable to create my first message with chatgpt. Error, is you exceeded your quota.
6. Unable to send email and can not select any email address into field.
