Not ready
I purchased the Trier 4 with high hopes based on the features advertised only to find out they aren't ready. I currently cannot use the service as I had hoped (Smart Inbox connected to social network shared by Team members). Plus, it all seems very complicated and disjointed. That might change, and I hope it does for those that use the service. But also be aware that for some users, depending on your use case, there are features to be unlocked that you will have to pay additional monthly fees for. The idea has a lot of potential and I want to use it. It seems like there a lot in the background going on, but it isn't ready for what I need at the moment. I hope it happens and quickly, because it is unfortunate releasing something with a feature(s) that are not usable and for which customers have paid!
